About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all aspects of assigned residential and commercial properties
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have a valid real estate license in Michigan
  • Proficiency in upselling additional services or amenities
  • Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
  • Experience in facilities management and maintenance
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with property leasing processes
  • Administrative skills for managing property documents and records
  • Understanding of relevant laws governing property management, including landlord-tenant law
  • Knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with tenants
  • Ability to work on a part-time basis
  • Availability Monday to Friday
