Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in manufacturing, processing, railroad, or related industrial environments
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and operational reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices and process improvement methodologies
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting and operational equipment knowledge preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and twist throughout the workday
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and repeated movements
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to walk on uneven terrain and move throughout an active industrial environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a background investigation
  • Successful completion of a drug and alcohol screening
