- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions

- Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and coordinate repairs or maintenance
- Support operational uptime and equipment reliability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in manufacturing, processing, railroad, or related industrial environments
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and operational reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and process improvement methodologies
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and operational equipment knowledge preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and twist throughout the workday
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and repeated movements
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk on uneven terrain and move throughout an active industrial environment
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Successful completion of a drug and alcohol screening
