About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support origination of new business, client relationship management and delivery of tailored banking solutions for private funds clients
  • Support the full client lifecycle, including origination, onboarding, relationship development and ongoing client management
  • Develop client strategies, pitch materials and internal reporting to support commercial decision-making
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on transaction origination, execution and customer servicing
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity, pipeline progress and deal documentation
  • Coordinate and drive execution of customer requests and transactions across stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and consistent deliverables in line with risk and control frameworks
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, pipeline activity and deal progress using internal systems
  • Identify private funds market themes and their impact on clients and requirements
  • Identify process efficiencies and support automation initiatives
  • Review and update procedures
  • Support strategic initiatives and customer, cultural and commercial objectives
  • Participate in team development and knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience of managing or supporting institutional client relationships
  • Broad understanding of origination, transaction execution and ongoing client servicing
  • Experience of private funds or alternative investments advantageous
  • Relevant experience from wider financial services or professional-services backgrounds welcomed
  • Commercial awareness and practical understanding of risk management
  • Interest in economic, financial and industry developments affecting clients
  • Achievement of, or active progress toward, relevant professional qualifications advantageous
  • Strong relationship management skills and commitment to excellent client outcomes
  • Ability to identify opportunities and support income growth
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Confidence working across teams
  • Right to live and work in Jersey, if not already resident
