Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to solve complex problems
- Track record of working with others to build business success
- Experience reviewing, preparing, or managing financial and legal documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of documentation standards and governance requirements
- Experience from the financial services sector, with understanding of industry products, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Exposure to corporate banking and finance environments, with knowledge of lending, transaction banking, treasury, or broader corporate banking activities
- Practical understanding of risk management disciplines
- Ability to build a good network across the bank
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
