About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Produce business requirements to inform future state design
  • Support teams in understanding requirements and their linkages to overall domain strategy
  • Build, manage, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions
  • Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements in line with key strategic principles
  • Interact with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs
  • Analyse existing system documentation and summarise system functionality relevant to the work
  • Support identification of team priorities based on customer, stakeholder, and team feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services and Capital Markets
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, user story writing, process modelling, and stakeholder management
  • Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Experience managing requirements across the full SDLC
  • Expertise in UAT, defect management, and change delivery
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Jira, Rovo, and GitLab Duo to improve SDLC productivity
