Consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify suitable data and analytics solutions
Address business challenges in line with the organisation’s purpose
Drive the use of advanced analytics to develop business solutions
Define complex and ambiguous business problems or opportunities supported through advanced analytics
Design efficient, simple and automated processes
Lead and coach colleagues to plan and deliver strategic project and scrum outcomes
Plan and deliver data and analytics resources, expertise and solutions
Communicate data and analytics opportunities clearly to business stakeholders
Adopt and embed new tools, technologies and methodologies for advanced analytics
Develop stakeholder relationships connecting advanced analytics, data science and data engineering work to business needs
Create visualisations and compelling insights to influence important decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in data management practices and principles
Strong knowledge of data management practices and principles
Working knowledge/capability of cloud environment
Technical capability is a MUST
Knowledge of data architecture, key tooling and relevant coding languages
Advanced analytics knowledge
Ability to simplify data into clear data visualisations and compelling insight using appropriate systems and tooling
AI knowledge/capability is GOOD to have
Innovative mindset and desire to own and deliver impact for customers and colleagues
