Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Subject matter expertise in product proposition and process design
  • Excellent knowledge of critical Agile capabilities and ways of working
  • Ability to exercise change delivery, customer experience design, commercial management and analytics
  • Good experience building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders across the debt advice sector, charities, industry bodies and policy forums
  • Experience representing an organisation in industry forums and partnerships
  • Experience working with charities, debt advice organisations and policy stakeholders
  • Experience driving and delivering innovative ideas through Agile ways of working
  • Ability to harness digital and technological advances to benefit customers
  • Proven ability to adapt to quickly changing environments
  • Talented communicator able to inspire and engage customers and colleagues
