Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading complex products, platforms, or portfolios in an agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of fraud and financial crime risk
  • Knowledge of technology used to mitigate fraud and financial crime threats in a financial industry context
  • Experience translating complex business problems into product strategies, roadmaps, outcomes, and prioritised backlogs
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, technology, and AI-enabled products
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent communication and people leadership skills
  • Strong commercial judgement
  • Ability to set direction and establish clarity across organisational boundaries
