About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and deliver a product vision and roadmap supporting the Economic Crime Hub’s mission
- Develop data-driven solutions addressing AI-enabled fraud and scam activity
- Shape and build the Fraud Profiling and Decisioning platform with Data Analytics, Engineering and Architecture teams
- Define and deliver critical capabilities across complex data environments
- Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are understood and translated into effective solutions
- Represent customer, end-user and stakeholder perspectives in product vision
- Lead delivery teams toward the product vision and adjust priorities based on feedback
- Ensure stories and enablers meet acceptance and quality criteria
- Validate priorities, incorporate feedback and maximise value throughout delivery
- Participate in iteration ceremonies and continuous improvement
- Understand and prioritise enablers with enterprise architects and teams
- Support team development by answering questions and removing impediments
- Track progress and attend retrospectives spanning delivery teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong Agile expertise
- Ability to lead complex financial platforms from early build through production and scale
- Ability to shape direction and technical trade-offs with architecture and engineering teams
- Fraud or Financial Crime experience strongly preferred
- Ability to connect customer journeys across Retail, Wealth and Commercial
- Ability to identify gaps in fraud profiling and decisioning
- Experience owning a credible migration plan and its outcomes
- Strong senior stakeholder and multi-vendor management skills
- Ability to translate business problems into clear product direction and a compelling platform story
- Commercial mindset
- Experience building and defending business cases
- Experience tracking ROI and benefits realisation
- Strong product fundamentals across prioritisation, backlog management and delivery governance
