  • Undertake and enable automated testing activities across all delivery models
  • Support teams in developing quality solutions and enabling continuous integration and assurance of defect-free customer-value deployment
  • Transform testing through quality processes, tools and methodologies
  • Improve control, accuracy and integrity across the idea-to-value lifecycle
  • Ensure repeatable, constant and consistent quality is built into all phases of delivery
  • Identify defects as early as possible while reducing cost and time to market
  • Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative testing products and solutions
  • Define and refine the scope of manual and automated testing
  • Create automated test scripts, user documentation and artefacts
  • Use robust data, return on investment and value measures to support decisions and cost management
  • Enable colleagues to develop end-to-end automation testing skills
  • Collaborate with domain, platform and feature teams and colleagues at multiple levels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in automated testing, particularly in an Agile development or CI/CD environment
  • Innovative thinking and ability to identify opportunities and design solutions
  • Ability to develop complex automation code
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience working in an Agile team
  • Experience in end-to-end and automation testing using the latest tools recommended by the enterprise tooling framework
  • Background in designing, developing and implementing automation frameworks in new environments
  • Excellent communication skills, including communicating complex technical concepts to management-level colleagues
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
