  • Work with business and technology teams to implement and maintain incident management plans and playbooks

  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Promote incident preparedness and resilience across colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Practical experience of incident management
  • Understanding of operational resilience disciplines and regulatory expectations
  • Experience of Markets trading environments
  • Sound understanding of investment and wholesale banking operations
  • Experience working with wider business and technology teams to coordinate responses to complex or high-impact incidents
  • Ability to work on own initiative to deliver optimum business solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint to support critical MI production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders during time-critical situations
