About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support, develop, and deliver supply chain data and tooling solutions for NatWest Markets
  • Enable accurate and timely reporting using internal and external supplier portfolio data
  • Own and deliver process efficiencies and improve turnaround times
  • Interrogate broad supplier portfolio datasets to identify benefit opportunities and risk exposure
  • Generate executive-level reporting to support sourcing and supplier decisions
  • Manage risks, process maps, standard operating procedures, and related documentation
  • Transition manual processes to online tooling and drive efficiencies
  • Collaborate with teams to improve data quality, consistency, and usability
  • Support the ESG approach
  • Develop and maintain online tools, dashboards, and reporting
  • Keep iSupply, ServiceNow, and other relevant records up to date
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes
  • Build relationships with TPRM functions across NWG and use data analytics to assess supplier portfolio performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Supply chain knowledge and strong data analytical and tooling skills
  • Demonstrable track record of using broad data sets to generate insight and support implementation
  • Experience developing reporting and transitioning manual processes to online tooling
  • Understanding of supply chain models such as offshoring, outsourcing, utility, and make versus buy
  • Experience applying supply chain and data analytical skills and techniques to impact business strategy and outcomes, supplier selection and supplier management
  • Experience developing executive-level reporting and drawing clear conclusions on benefit opportunities and risk exposure across internal and external supplier portfolios
  • Experience in data management, process standardisation, simplification and transitioning manual processes to online tooling
  • Proven track record taking ownership for resolving data and tooling issues
