About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee transfer pricing activities across NatWest Markets
  • Partner with Finance, Tax, business stakeholders and outsourced providers
  • Review and challenge transfer pricing calculations, including intercompany invoicing and settlements
  • Drive consistent application of transfer pricing methodologies across legal entities and regions
  • Support internal audits, regulatory reviews and stakeholder queries by providing transfer pricing analysis and evidence
  • Identify operational risks, strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement across transfer pricing processes
  • Support delivery of the annual Transfer Pricing Plan
  • Ensure adherence to Ring-Fencing Arm's Length requirements
  • Contribute to wider Legal Entity Financial Control activities and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working in a large multinational financial services environment, legal entity financial control in a financial services environment, or a similar finance control environment
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and background
  • Proven ability to deliver process improvements and implement change in complex organisations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying efficiencies and enhancing controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, jurisdictions and global teams
