Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advocate for great customer experiences
  • Design websites and software applications for native and browser-based desktop and mobile experiences
  • Develop high-level storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes
  • Deliver consistent, efficient and enjoyable UX designs
  • Collaborate with product owners, researchers, visual designers and developers to create new products, features and extensions
  • Translate customer insights into designed experiences and compelling narratives
  • Work with Agile project teams and stakeholders to deliver user-centred solutions within project timeframes and objectives
  • Commission and participate in user research and testing activities
  • Use research insights to make informed, user-centred design decisions
  • Help stakeholders understand and define customer value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive portfolio demonstrating creative and analytical thinking and delivery of effective UX solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extensive experience delivering interface designs for use in high performance environments
  • Experience supporting user centred design processes and creating material for user testing and concept communication
  • Ability to use interaction design and visualisation tools such as Figma and Axure
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design
  • Background in human-computer interaction
  • Strong understanding and implementation of React Component Design
