Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Experience in Civil Litigation, particularly credit recovery for financial institutions
Experience handling strategic and highly complex legal matters, with autonomy in defining legal arguments and litigation strategies
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to lead discussions and develop solutions aligned with clients’ interests
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach, with the initiative to identify risks, anticipate demands, and propose solutions
Ability to manage a portfolio of cases, prioritize effectively, pay close attention to detail, and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain close contact with clients and team members
Strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and autonomy in decision-making
Technology-savvy, with familiarity with legal management systems, particularly Legal One
Experience serving major financial institutions
Knowledge of agribusiness-related credit recovery, especially matters involving agricultural financing and crop financing
