About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle judicial and administrative tax litigation
  • Draft legal pleadings at different stages of proceedings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • At least 4 years of experience in judicial and administrative tax litigation, preferably gained at a law firm
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical profile, with a strategic perspective for developing legal theories
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple matters and deadlines, with autonomy in handling cases and a commitment to high-quality technical work
