About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare analyses of inquiries based on specific legislation and other related regulations concerning the Integrity Program, including the Anti-Corruption Law
- Analyze and negotiate compliance clauses in contracts to be executed by group companies
- Assess and respond to inquiries from other company departments regarding procedures established under the Compliance Program and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including conflicts of interest, donations, gifts, hospitality, and event participation
- Participate in meetings with internal departments
- Directly contribute to projects of medium complexity
Requirements
What you’ll need- A law degree is preferred
- Solid experience and knowledge in Integrity Compliance
- Courses or a postgraduate degree in Compliance, Risk Management and Governance, Criminal Law, and/or Administrative Law
- English and Spanish at an intermediate level or higher
- Experience in a telecommunications/technology company or in a regulated industry
- Proactive and detail-oriented profile, with the ability to work independently and dynamically and to build strong professional relationships
