About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead estate and succession planning projects, integrating tax, corporate, family, and succession law considerations
- Analyze domestic and international tax matters affecting individuals and propose solutions tailored to each client’s circumstances
- Structure and review corporate instruments and transactions related to wealth organization and succession planning
- Independently lead client meetings and manage client matters, monitoring requests and providing technical guidance
- Manage and develop a team of lawyers
- Support business development and client retention initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Solid, demonstrated experience in tax law
- Knowledge of corporate, family, and succession law
- Advanced English proficiency
- Technical autonomy, initiative, ability to manage client relationships, and team leadership skills
