About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain interactive, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Qlik tools.
Provide data analysis and visualization for urgent business questions or client requests using Qlik, SQL, and other applicable tools.
Gather and understand business reporting needs and translate requirements into reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Analyze data to identify and present insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends.
Support development and maintenance of reporting metrics and key performance indicators.
Perform data validation and testing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of dashboards, reports, and underlying data.
Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and research and resolve discrepancies with team members.
Enhance existing dashboards, reports, and reporting processes based on business needs and user feedback.
Develop knowledge of organizational data sources, business intelligence practices, and data governance standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R required; proficiency may be gained through academic, internship, or professional experience.
Experience in analytics, data modeling, business intelligence, or a related field through academic, internship, or professional experience preferred.
Experience with or exposure to business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI, or similar technologies preferred.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
