About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement, process design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) simultaneously.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poka yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC.
- Serve as CI Business Relationship Manager to assigned business area(s), collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives.
- Analyze and baseline current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with business owners.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges effectively.
- Develop project plans, lead teams through improvement cycles, and ensure milestones are met.
- Promote awareness and adoption of CI methodologies across the enterprise.
- Support training and coaching for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Document and maintain guidelines and best practices for consistency across CI functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Process Improvement or a related field is required.
- Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology required.
- Change Management certification preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, or related experience, with a track record of measurable results is required.
- Strong project management experience required, including business case development and implementation planning.
- Extensive experience required with core software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge around the PBM industry is preferred.
- Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with change management philosophies and practices preferred.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
