About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies.
Establish and monitor performance standards and productivity targets.
Manage assigned products through strategy, development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Craft and deliver presentations and key messaging to clients and prospective clients.
Develop deep knowledge of Navitus products and market dynamics.
Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance, user experience, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define product requirements and oversee system enhancements.
Support client implementations and provide subject matter expertise.
Create and maintain product documentation, training materials, reports, and marketing collateral.
Manage vendor relationships and maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, URAC, NCQA, FCC, NCPDP, and internal quality benchmarks.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
2+ years of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience, required.
Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries, preferred.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, or Wisconsin.
M-F 8am to 5pm schedule.
