About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans across multiple domains
Perform regression and end-to-end integration testing
Validate cloud portal features and secure API communication
Own the release pipeline
Manage version control and release notes
Liaise with the technical team for timely delivery
Ensure smooth OTA updates to field devices
Act as the primary technical support contact for customers deploying the systems
Triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware-software issues
Write and maintain clear documentation
Translate customer feedback into actionable tickets
Test, validate, and deploy the system stack across cloud portals and edge-based ROS and Docker environments on NVIDIA Jetson hardware

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree, practical experience (2+ years)
Deep comfort working in Linux/Ubuntu environments via the command line
Proficiency in Bash and Python to automate release builds, testing, and log analysis
Familiarity with ROS / ROS 2, including debugging nodes and analyzing rosbag files, topics, and services
Strong proficiency with Docker, including building images, managing multi-container deployments, and docker-compose
Familiarity with building, hosting, and maintaining Debian/apt repositories
Hands-on experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and GitLab CI
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Ability to liaise with customers and elicit needed information in a friendly and professional manner
Familiarity with SLAM algorithms, including hands-on testing and benchmarking experience
Experience with AWS and web portals using React/Node.js stacks
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson Developer Kits and understanding of flashing and resource monitoring
Experience with OTA deployment tools for Jetson/edge devices
Flexibility and comfort in a start-up environment with emerging processes and a fast-paced, agile, responsive approach
