About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and address data-related challenges.
- Prioritize business requirements within and across projects based on business impact.
- Gather, analyze, interpret, and communicate data to inform stakeholders and support data-informed decisions.
- Report results to relevant business members and present data stories in an accessible manner.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to aid management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.
- Perform advanced data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations supporting business objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical field or equivalent work.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced SQL knowledge/experience, including complex queries and query optimization.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with data warehouse development and data modeling.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for analytics and data visualization.
- Data manipulation skills and experience identifying numerical trends.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, fast learner, ambitious, and creative.
