About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and implement automated and ad-hoc solutions for reporting and analytical needs
Work cross-functionally to support the Inventory Team, Account Managers, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets using advanced formulas and functions
Maintain and enhance the Python codebase for reporting, automation, and data workflows
Manage and maintain Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting errors and data discrepancies within the client-facing DOMO Dashboard
Automate custom stakeholder reports using Python
Develop additional reports and analyses on an ad-hoc basis
Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs for consistent data processes, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, data operations, or a related analytical role
Highly skilled in Excel, including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, nested/complex formulas, and data reconciliation techniques
Proficiency in Python, with extensive experience using pandas for data cleaning, manipulation, transformation, and analysis
Deep working knowledge of Tableau, including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, calculated fields, and parameters
Familiarity with DOMO, including Magic ETL, Beast Mode, Dataflows, Views, calculated fields, and more
Familiarity using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows
Familiarity working within Jira or a similar ticketing/project management platform
Able to regularly support Eastern Time business hours
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older
Experience with digital advertising platforms such as FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, Operative, or similar systems
Familiarity with digital advertising concepts and terminology such as impressions, video completion rates, CPM’s, pacing, inventory, and audience targeting
Experience developing or maintaining automated data pipelines and scheduled reporting processes
Strong troubleshooting, investigation, and root-cause analysis skills
Familiarity with relational data concepts
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools and technologies
Ability to manage priorities and work independently
