About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support stations/regions' efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service internally and with clients
  • Execute broadcast and digital order entry
  • Perform order maintenance throughout campaign flight
  • Send preempt reports to station/region account managers
  • Communicate and confirm order changes or makegoods to buying agencies
  • Check coding on TP/high-profile events for accuracy
  • Send pre- and post-logs to clients as requested
  • Assist traffic with locating instructions and campaign materials
  • Create and manage advertiser/agency codes
  • Perform post-flight invoice maintenance, adjustments, and edits
  • Coordinate with agency and station/region account managers to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Work with management and staff in marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments at stations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations
  • Working knowledge of broadcast traffic and sales order systems
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Sales, and WO Connect
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High-level organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
