About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive full-cycle SaaS sales for Ncontracts’ risk, compliance, and third-party management solutions into Wealth, Trust, and RIA organizations
- Identify, develop, and close new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships
- Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline with strong forecasting discipline
- Conduct onsite discovery meetings with senior leaders regarding regulatory, operational, and efficiency challenges
- Prospect and meet with strategic opportunities and clients onsite in the territory
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Partnerships on messaging and execution
- Articulate ROI and business value through consultative, outcomes-based selling
- Use Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies
- Independently manage opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution and onboarding
- Engage VP- and C-suite stakeholders in complex sales cycles
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience
- At least 2 years selling into the Wealth, Trust, or RIA sectors strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of how Wealth, Trust and RIA firms manage compliance, cybersecurity, and vendor oversight
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition roles with annual quotas of $600k or more in ARR
- Proven ability to self-source at least half of pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience selling compliance, risk, or workflow automation platforms is a plus
- Skilled in multi-threaded sales and navigating long, complex buying cycles
- Strong discovery and storytelling skills connecting technology capabilities to business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work in a defined U.S. territory
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a detailed background check if offered employment
