About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and evolve the visual language for developer-facing experiences across dev.nebius.com, the AI Builder Program, social, events, swag, and the developer community
Design for meetups, hackathons, conference presence, event environments, and developer-oriented swag
Design web pages, developer program materials, campaign visuals, and social content for technical audiences
Transform benchmarks, GPU specifications, pricing, and architecture diagrams into clear, engaging visuals
Create AI templates and guidelines enabling the DevRel team to produce on-brand materials efficiently
Collaborate openly with DevRel and content teams through rapid concepting, iteration, and delivery
Work as part of the Design team embedded with DevRel to strengthen Nebius’s brand among AI and software builders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Portfolio of marketing for developers, including launch pages, developer program sites, campaigns, event visuals, and technical content
Understanding of AI builders, ML engineers, DevOps, inference and platform teams, and developers moving into AI
Ability to analyze developer-focused brands and explain why their marketing resonates with technical audiences
Experience designing for physical spaces and events, including booths, signage, environments, printed materials, and swag
Understanding of print technologies, materials, and production constraints; ability to take designs from concept to fabrication
System-first mindset and ability to create scalable visual languages
Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools and strong critical evaluation of AI-generated results
Strong layout, composition, and information design skills, including typography, grids, and visual hierarchy
Ability to articulate and defend design decisions, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly
Excitement about defining an AI cloud brand for its users
