About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and other critical IT infrastructure components
Coordinate engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams to deliver infrastructure at hyperscale
Work with infrastructure leadership to define strategy, manage risk, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches
Help scale Nebius's global infrastructure footprint across the United States market
Lead new data center programs from design through handover to operations
Define and manage scope, schedule, and risks, focusing on critical paths and proactive issue resolution
Translate business and technical requirements into project plans and measurable deliverables
Oversee vendor and contractor execution for quality, budget, and schedule
Provide program reporting through dashboards, documentation, and executive updates
Engage confidently in technical discussions
Identify infrastructure readiness and sequencing risks
Challenge assumptions and drive resolution across engineering teams
May require on-site presence at data centers during key deployment phases

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with direct involvement in large-scale IT infrastructure deployments
Solid technical background in relevant domains
Ability to engage deeply in technical discussions and challenge solutions
Ability to stay focused on critical paths and drive results in fast-paced, changing environments
Communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex topics clearly
Leadership by influence and example in cross-functional or matrixed teams
Proficiency with modern project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira, Asana, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall
Hands-on experience with physical infrastructure delivery
Understanding of IT infrastructure readiness, including power, cooling, space, and networking dependencies
Experience with large-scale server deployments; GPU-based systems are a strong plus
Familiarity with high-bandwidth fabrics such as InfiniBand or equivalent, cabling, and integration dependencies
Exposure to system validation, burn-in testing, and readiness criteria before handover to operations
Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility
Understanding of construction project structure and facility build-out risk factors is an added bonus
Knowledge of HPC is an added bonus
Experience in business process design or automation tools development is an added bonus
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar industry certifications are an added bonus
