Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Nebius's presence on X and drive X strategy and daily execution
  • Build an engaged audience and grow Nebius's influence within the AI ecosystem
  • Identify emerging trends, industry debates, and cultural moments for Nebius to join
  • Engage with influential developers, researchers, founders, creators, and industry tastemakers
  • Create original posts, threads, replies, and creative formats native to X
  • Partner with product marketing, engineering, design, and content teams on launches, technical achievements, customer stories, and company milestones
  • Test new formats, ideas, and approaches using data and community feedback
  • Monitor the AI ecosystem, including model releases, infrastructure breakthroughs, emerging voices, and industry conversations
  • Spot opportunities, develop ideas, and execute independently using AI and other tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or creator, with a strong focus on X
  • Genuine passion for X and active participation in the platform
  • Strong creative instincts and excellent writing skills
  • Ability to capture attention, communicate complex ideas simply, and adapt voice to different conversations
  • Understanding of the AI ecosystem
  • Ability to build connections and understand how communities form and influence works
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ideas from concept to execution independently
  • Ability to use performance data, audience signals, and judgment to identify what works and find new ways to grow
  • Strong editorial judgment
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility
  • Bonus: experience in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or another technical industry
