Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Excellent knowledge of Python or Golang, or readiness to quickly switch to these programming languages
Ability to write reliable code and investigate complex problems
Strong interest in participating in DevOps processes
Solid understanding of modern server architecture and its components (added bonus)
Good knowledge of computer networks (added bonus)
Experience designing, developing, and running high-load distributed systems (added bonus)
Experience with cloud platforms or infrastructure-level systems (added bonus)
Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, or service meshes (added bonus)
Background in performance optimization or low-latency systems (added bonus)
Familiarity with observability tools including metrics, logging, and tracing (added bonus)
Ability to manage large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders
Ability to break down complex tasks and guide own work and junior colleagues' work
Expertise in specific technologies and ability to write high-quality reference code
Ability to assess task priority and focus on high-impact work
Strong architectural thinking and system design contribution
Willingness to participate in hiring and interviews
