About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and track orders, shipments, and production schedules
Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Identify and resolve delays or supply chain issues
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory status
Expedite urgent orders and prioritize critical shipments
Communicate status updates to management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery requirements
Manage the smooth and timely logistics flow of OFCI materials, goods, and information within Nebius’s supply chain and production process
Coordinate delivery of goods between suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to prevent delays and maintain project schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related experience
Experience in expediting, procurement, or logistics (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems
In-depth knowledge of local legislation and standards regarding movement of goods and equipment in the U.S.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Negotiation and follow-up skills

Customer and service orientation
Must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility
