About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyse business structure, technology usage, and organizational goals
- Identify business problems, including through data modelling techniques
- Communicate with senior organizational stakeholders to understand their vision
- Formulate business improvements based on previous research
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
- Oversee implementation of new technology and systems
- Run workshops and training sessions
- Assist with exciting projects as part of the 1Nebula team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in business, computing, or a relevant field
- Additional Business Analyst certificate/diploma
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior exposure to cloud technologies highly beneficial
- Software experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of integration analysis
- Systems analysis experience
- API knowledge and documentation
- Project Development Lifecycle Management
- Understanding of basic UI/UX principles
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
- Self-organized and driven, able to manage multiple ongoing projects
