About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the product vision and roadmap
- Manage multiple streams of requests into the Product Backlog
- Analyze market trends
- Develop go-to-market strategy
- Manage budget and ROI
- Align with Marketing and Sales objectives and KPIs
- Translate the roadmap into a prioritized product backlog
- Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Analyze and improve product-use processes internally and at clients
- Maintain third-party relationships with Microsoft, telecoms service providers, and client-integrated systems
- Manage product rollout to new clients and increase adoption of new features among existing clients
- Write well-formed user stories with acceptance criteria
- Prepare and present target deliverables in Scrum ceremonies
- Maintain product documentation and training materials, including user guides
- Support customer engagement through demonstrations and onboarding documentation
- Manage UATs and prioritize UAT feedback with stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with preference for Information Technology or Information Systems degrees
- Additional certifications such as Certified Product Owner course or Business Analysis diploma highly beneficial
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar capacity or business analysis within software development environments
- Prior exposure to cloud technologies highly beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong orientation towards continuous learning
- Understanding of development workflows
- Self-organized, driven, and self-reliant
