About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a product domain end to end, including strategy, metrics, and roadmap
Conduct mixed-method discovery and turn findings into sequenced product bets
Identify, size, and build cases for prioritizing important problems
Drive prioritization and delivery with engineering and design
Make trade-off, milestone, and scope decisions
Maintain an end-to-end model of the product domain and partner with engineering
Build alignment across functions and leadership
Participate in recruiter, product craft, case study, and office visit interviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience
Professional fluency in German (C1+) and English
Agency and ownership in identifying high-impact problems
Ability to work in a high-velocity environment and make bold but reversible decisions
Data-driven, business-outcome orientation
Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and system architecture
Experience using AI for prototyping, analysis, specification, and direct implementation
Experience in data-heavy environments, including data products, pipelines, and instrumentation
Strong communication skills
Preferred: experience building and shipping AI products, including evaluation, feedback loops, agent and tool design
Preferred: experience with financial or payment products and related regulatory and risk issues
Preferred: experience with external partner/provider interfaces, APIs, integrations, and third-party relationships
Preferred: experience building B2B SaaS in regulated or less-digital verticals, especially healthcare
