About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent NWADV through its court-awarded attorneys’ fees enforcement team, handling cases across all Brazilian states
Review court publications, schedule deadlines in the case management system, analyze proceedings, prepare reports, and meet deadlines
Update calculations and subsequently contact opposing counsel with the objective of resolving the dispute through settlement
Draft defenses, appeals, and various legal submissions
Handle Credit Recovery matters, including enforcement actions, collection proceedings, and payment order actions
Advance proceedings to recover outstanding credit by requesting measures through SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, SNIPER, and other systems
Handle judgment enforcement proceedings, including the preparation and challenge of calculations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 18 months of active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP)
Experience working in high-volume law firms
Proven ability to handle credit recovery matters
Experience with judgment enforcement proceedings, preparation and challenge of calculations, security for the debt, and filing challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Intermediate Excel skills
Ability to prepare defenses, appeals, and various legal submissions
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
