About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and configure hardware and software for users
- Support the proper decommissioning and return of equipment to the leasing partner
- Handle IT support requests through the Halo ticketing system
- Support the management of access rights and licenses
- Contribute to data security activities
- Update documentation and procedures in preparation for audits and certifications
- Support the local IT team in providing IT services to Frankfurt The Squaire and the Raunheim Engineering Center
- Assist with support requests from users
- Gradually take on more tasks independently following comprehensive onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying business, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject
- Solid basic IT knowledge and a good understanding of hardware and software topics
- Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server systems is an advantage, but not essential
- Clear and open communication with different audiences, in both German and English
- Strong team spirit, attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- Interested in a long-term working relationship with 15–20 working hours per week
