About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and update project schedules in Primavera P6, particularly for procurement and construction phases
  • Monitor work progress on site and analyze variances between the baseline schedule and actual progress
  • Track and analyze the progress of various contractors and subcontractors
  • Identify schedule slippage, analyze its causes, and contribute to implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and monitor manpower curves
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze progress data from site teams and participating contractors
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to the construction phase
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports for the client
  • Ensure consistency of scheduling data among the various project stakeholders
  • Participate in coordination meetings and present progress indicators and any schedule deviations
  • Contribute to monitoring project milestones and contractual objectives
  • Work with a leading energy-sector client on a large-scale project

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education qualification at Bachelor's to Master's level, ideally in engineering, science, or project management
  • At least 15 years of experience in industrial project planning and scheduling
  • Significant experience scheduling on-site work
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Proven experience monitoring industrial construction projects
  • Good knowledge of monitoring contractor and subcontractor progress
  • Strong proficiency in office software, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Previous experience working on projects in an industrial environment is essential
