About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate all aspects of a pharmaceutical project to build a new facility, from design through construction
- Conduct engineering studies
- Supervise and critically review layout plans for process, piping, and general arrangement
- Draft scopes of work and technical specifications
- Consult suppliers and technically evaluate their bids
- Track purchase orders and approve technical documentation
- Prepare cost estimates and develop schedules
- Manage interfaces
- Lead and implement continuous improvement projects, initially focused on site utilities
- Manage clean utilities, particularly HVAC and purified water systems
- Plan and supervise testing, IQ/OQ/PQ qualification activities, and commissioning
- Support Maintenance in improving corrective and preventive maintenance plans
- Analyze deviations and lead investigations related to utility networks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry, including internships and work-study programs
- Experience ideally related to utilities or production
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take initiative
- Enjoys working in project teams and contributing to collective intelligence
- Fluent English
- Education level: 2–3 years of higher education or a five-year degree (Bac+2/3 or Bac+5)
