About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development and construction project managers during the transition from the development phase to the construction phase
- Collect and consolidate project input data
- Identify and carry out the actions required to secure land rights agreements and financing
- Coordinate the pre-construction phase of projects
- Provide support for management strategy and decision-making
- Develop the necessary processes and tools
- Collaborate with the engineering, construction, contracts, legal, accounting, HSE, grid connection, geomatics, and development teams
- Analyze input data and define the actions to be completed before construction begins
- Plan and/or carry out the final development-stage activities
- Coordinate external studies, including geotechnical, surveying, environmental, and energy yield assessments
- Prepare schedules for projects in the pre-construction phase
- Participate in the financing Q&A process
- Coordinate compliance with CRE deadlines and obligations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree from an engineering school or university
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Adaptability
- Willingness to travel within the Île-de-France region
- Enthusiasm for taking on a variety of assignments on innovative projects for leading French and international industrial companies
