About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and development of frontend applications and backend services in distributed systems
Design of business logic and development of robust, scalable services
Translating problem descriptions and sometimes ambiguous requirements into concrete technical tasks and clean implementations
Planning and making technology and architecture decisions
Developing new systems and enhancing existing ones using modern technologies
Using LLM-assisted and agentic coding to efficiently implement complex development tasks
Ensuring code quality through integration and unit testing, Clean Code, and CI/CD principles
Working as an integral member of the customer’s development team
Actively shaping technical architectures, interfaces, and data models from conception through implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience with TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and Node.js
Practical experience with LLM-assisted and agentic coding, along with a confident understanding of the capabilities and limitations of these tools
Strong knowledge of developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Good understanding of software architecture, Clean Code, testability, and maintainable software structures
Experience with DevOps processes and containerization, ideally with Docker and CI/CD; Kubernetes is a plus
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte is a plus
Good understanding of security and data protection, including technologies and standards such as TLS, OAuth2, and the GDPR
Ability to clarify business requirements and derive viable technical solutions from incomplete or ambiguous specifications
