About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop modern frontend components for the Drupal 10-based PIIPE intranet platform using Vue.js, React, TypeScript, and PHP
Further develop existing components and modules with a focus on performance, scalability, maintainability, and security
Implement new features to expand the platform’s functionality and technical capabilities
Define and ensure code quality standards, testing strategies, and best practices
Contribute to CI/CD processes, release planning, and deployment strategies
Implement complex, customer-specific requirements in close collaboration with project management and the backend team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, 2+ years of professional experience in frontend development for modern web applications
Very good knowledge of at least one modern framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular)
Solid experience with TypeScript
Very good knowledge of PHP
Experience integrating REST APIs
Ideally, experience with Drupal 10/11
Confident working with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
Openness to and interest in the productive use of AI-powered tools in the development process
Very good German or English skills (C1); ideally, proficiency in both languages
Independent, structured approach to work with a strong focus on quality
Interest in technical development and knowledge sharing within the team
