About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
- Define solution strategy, data architecture, and integration design aligned with business and platform requirements
- Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, high-performance technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and analysts
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to standards
- Develop architecture documentation including solution blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data governance, and best practices
- Support production environments and guide resolution of high-priority technical issues
- Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations and recommend platform enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in HR, technical, and client interviews during the hiring process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
- Strong expertise across Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration design
- Solid knowledge of data modeling, system architecture, and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile environments and driving CI/CD processes
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Salesforce Architecture & Customization
- Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools
- Data Migration & Data Modeling
- DevOps using Gearset, Copado, CI/CD, Git, and Jenkins
- Agile delivery and solution documentation
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
- Understanding of multi-org strategy and enterprise security protocols
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Industries, or Tableau CRM
