About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the efficient, consistent, and compliant delivery of User and Access Profile Management services across Latin America
- Lead and oversee profile and access assignment processes, including LORA tickets and analyses in ServiceNow
- Ensure SLA compliance and zero tolerance for Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations
- Maintain and update SOPs, Desktop Procedures, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate transitions, scope expansions, and global projects with markets and internal teams
- Ensure the application of compliance requirements and NCE methodologies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and global solution leaders
- Support the team with leave coverage, performance management, career planning, and professional development
- Conduct operational analyses to prevent and correct deviations in compliance with controls, BPR, and external audits
- Support global projects, internal automation, and initiatives to advance User and Access Profile Management
- Define and promote strategic vision, organizational structure, best practices, and operational excellence and cost-reduction initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen team capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification (required)
- Advanced conversational English (required)
- Basic or intermediate Spanish (required)
- Previous experience leading teams
- Experience with SAP systems, SAP Security, and SuccessFactors (required)
- Proven track record in compliance, transition management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer service excellence mindset
- Knowledge of global governance models and escalation frameworks
- Basic knowledge of ISO 27000 standards and their application to identity, access, and user profile management
