About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gestionar la relación logística con el cliente asignado, liderando mesas colaborativas y coordinaciones periódicas
  • Asegurar la entrega de productos en tiempo y forma, articulando con las áreas de Transporte, Operaciones y Distribución
  • Identificar, proponer y ejecutar iniciativas de eficiencia logística y operativa que generen ahorros para la compañía
  • Realizar el seguimiento y análisis de indicadores claves de desempeño logístico, definiendo acciones de mejora
  • Preparar y presentar avances, resultados e iniciativas al cliente y a instancias internas de alta gerencia

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Logística, Transporte o carrera afín
  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en roles con interacción con clientes o trabajo interáreas
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio/avanzado
  • Manejo de Office completo
  • Power BI deseable
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio deseable
  • Alta capacidad de negociación, proactividad, liderazgo y habilidades comunicacionales
