About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct travel and expense audits within agreed-upon deadlines and in compliance with corporate policies
  • Prepare management reports with metrics, analyses, and recommendations for market stakeholders
  • Guide and support employees with questions regarding travel and expense audits
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for audits, responding to requests from Internal Controls and Compliance
  • Continuously update operational guidelines, procedures, and process standards
  • Collaborate and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and proper process execution
  • Report to the R2R Supervisor
  • Work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of travel and expense auditing processes
  • Intermediate English and/or Spanish preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI/Power Apps is a plus
  • Knowledge of Concur and AppZen is a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes
  • Initiative, results orientation, resilience, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong service orientation and commitment to delivery efficiency
  • Organizational, time management, and communication skills
