About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process payroll and perform related analysis for new hires, terminations, salary changes, promotions, time tracking, manual checks, deductions and bonus payouts
- Reconcile general ledger journal entries and analyze payroll variances, punches and approvals
- Coordinate with team leads to resolve timekeeping matters
- Investigate and resolve invoice and accounts payable discrepancies
- Verify purchase order accuracy and support inventory levels and payment processing
- Organize team meetings and reconcile travel expenses
- Provide clerical and customer support to the on-site company store
- Perform period-end accruals, purchase order tracking, reporting and book-closing activities
- Set up manufacturing master data, vendors and payments
- Identify and resolve payroll errors and assist with production costing
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in payroll, accounts payable, inventory and/or administrative support in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
- Experience using UKG/Kronos and Workforce Dimension payroll systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Experience using enterprise resource planning software
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
