About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain communication with the Plant Manager, Department Managers and Team Leaders on matters affecting factory accounting and controls
Produce accurate and timely departmental training reports with flow diagrams for the entire plant
Develop working knowledge of inventory control systems, including input, internal controls report capabilities and analysis
Assist in inventory reconciliation and periodic inventories of raw materials and finished goods
Perform month-end closing functions and analysis reports
Conduct audits and compliance testing
Rotate through manufacturing-related functions including finance and controls, supply chain, quality assurance, safety, engineering, production, R&D engineering, information systems and operations performance
Develop and maintain accounting systems, procedures, controls and audits
Train in all areas of the inventory management controls department
Progress through a leadership development program designed to fast-track the associate to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027
Must be open to relocation to any of 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S.
Prior internship, co-op, practicum or manufacturing experience preferred
Involvement in student organizations and/or other leadership experience preferred
