About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the accounts for several entities within Nestlé France’s Accounting Department
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, financial statements, and tax packages
Ensure compliance of the accounts with French and Group accounting standards
Coordinate Finance teams in France and internationally
Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure deliverables are secured and completed on time
Provide maternity leave cover in an international environment undergoing transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Accounting
Significant experience in general accounting and financial reporting
Experience managing financial systems transformation projects
Fluency in English is essential
At least 5 years of experience in a Finance environment
Strong experience in general and tax accounting
Business acumen, a broad perspective, and agility in a transforming environment
Excellent analytical and summarization skills
Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders without direct managerial authority
Proficiency in SAP Finance / Accounting
Experience developing digital tools and AI solutions
Strong ability to manage priorities during periods of high activity
