About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute transactional activities within the Role Coordination function using appropriate tools and procedures within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Evaluate and execute end-user role assignment requests according to market procedures and policies.
Collaborate with Internal Control or Control Framework teams on SOD, role-on-top, and cross-market role requests.
Perform end-user role localization and ensure timely delivery.
Create and update role variants in PRAM.
Raise RDS based on input from Analysts or Market Role Links.
Document requests and activities in the ticket management tool.
Resolve tickets within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Respond to emails sent to the group’s generic mailbox.
Perform first-level authorization issue analysis, including SU53 interpretation, role assignment, and activity types.
Update CATS and create, review, or update Standard Routines.
Maintain awareness of GLOBE standards, control best practices, and risk and control procedures.
Deliver process improvement initiatives.
Perform other tasks assigned through the developmental plan or from time to time.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in SAP security, user access management, IAM, or related IT support functions is an advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SAP Role Lifecycle Management.
Knowledge of User Account Management.
Knowledge of SAP Security Concepts and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Knowledge of PRAM, LORA, ServiceNow, OneIM SoD, and SAP platforms.
